  1. They’re all terrific, Jone. I couldn’t pick a favorite, but love the response to fall. We all are thinking those thoughts!

  2. So much to love here! The sounds (crows cawing, sticks smacking), the feelings (the chill down your back, jumping in cold hay, burning cocoa), the fact that the grass, mushrooms, and trees are still growing, even though it seems like everything is winding down. I could go on — these kids did a great job!

  3. All quite well done! I’m curious about Sean C.’s use of hyphens in the middle of words. If he used them for effect, to slow down the reading, then it was a successful move!
