Poetry Friday: Celebrating Student Poetry

Hip! Hip! Hooray for National Poetry Month.  I will be celebrating with the 2nd annual “30 Days=30 Students(and then some).” Each day will have at least one poem and perhaps a few more.  Students have been writing, writing, writing.

I start off with a Fibonacci poem by Zoe, a 4th grader:

Angels From Above

Beautiful
White Clouds
Better than cupid
Sparkly wings in the sky
Impressive wild colors go flying through the sky
Spotting a body, flying body to see in this life time is incredible!

Here’s the schedule for April:

Susan Taylor Brown will post Lessons Learned (Mostly About Me) in a Poem-a-Day at http://susanwrites.livejournal.com
